Delete online data

Euclid, also listed as Euclid.The.Game, uses a silent guest identity. There is no email address, password or website sign-in. You can delete the guest's online data from the game, or request help by email.

Delete from the game

  1. Open Euclid on the installation that has your guest identity and connect to the internet.
  2. Choose Settings, Online data, Delete online data.
  3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. Wait for the game to report that deletion completed. If it reports a connection error, retry while online.

Successful deletion removes the records listed below from the live game service and revokes your guest credentials. You do not need a password. Using online play again creates a new guest with new progress.

Uninstalling alone does not delete server records. Reinstalling may lose access to the original guest. Delete online data before removing the app when possible.

Request deletion without the app

If you cannot open Euclid or have uninstalled it, request online-data deletion by email at euclid@trentwyatt.com, with the subject Euclid online data deletion request. Reinstallation is not required to send a request. The link opens your email app; it does not send a message automatically.

Include the generated player name, your platform and any match details you remember so we can look for the correct records. Do not send passwords, guest session credentials, phone passcodes or payment details.

We review the request and may ask for additional information to establish control of the relevant guest. A player name alone is not proof of ownership. Because guests have no registered email address or recovery account, a lost guest identity may prevent us from locating or verifying your records. We cannot delete someone else's records based only on a public name or an unverified email request.

What is deleted

Deletion removes the guest profile, associated match records, challenge attempts, matchmaking and request-retry records, relevant abuse reports and opponent blocks, installation associations and guest sessions. Reports on deleted matches are removed even if another participant submitted them. Offline saved games and settings are separate from online-data deletion.
